I bought a 654 NH baler last year replaced the sledges and slip clutches hoping it would be a decent baler for awhile and it seemed to baled pretty good but now most of the time the string will not start going on the bale unless I get off and pull the end of the string out farther. This shaft has two sprockets on it and drives the whole baler.
