Make sure they are clean and tight. check the plugs, both plow side and truckside. Clean, grease, and spread the pins a bit to ensure your making good contact. make sure the motor is in good condition.

Also check the light harness connection at the plow. The iirc 9 or 11 pin connector you plug from the truck to the plow. If that one is not plugged in/losing connection you will get the same symptoms as you are describing. Maybe a loose terminal or its getting wet. Still have the problem of controller losing communication at times. I stop, then can raise plow and then it works again. Other times I see it blinking when I am just plowing.

So your getting NO SIGNAL from the controller to the solenoid. One little pin needs to be grounded and the other pin is signal power from the controller.
