I have PCVR and a Quest 2, so in my case, I play unmodded on the Quest and own some DLC, and do custom songs on PCVR. Prior to PCVR, I kept Beat Saber unmodded until I got some achievements I wanted.As released by the developer it will not use them. That means you have to use a utility to modify it to get it to accept custom songs and in using the modified version you are breaking the TOS. Note that this is all academic.
