I just think Mo'Bettahs chicken tastes better. It's more "grilled" tasting, whereas HB just tastes kinda... cooked, indistinguishably, and sauced. Their Kilauea sauce is awesome though, and one thing MB is lacking is spicy sauce. MB has fried meat options of katsu chicken and tempura shrimp, which HB doesn't.
